Step 1
Free Discovery Call
It’s important to first schedule in a no obligation chat with me to make sure Dubsado is the right fit for your business.
This allows me to get a better understanding of your business, your services and your overall vision of what you want to achieve with Dubsado.
Full disclaimer, this will NOT be a pushy sales call, that is not the way I roll. This call allows me to get a better understanding of the work that is required should you wish to proceed, that way I can give you a customised quote for setup.
Step 2
Customised Proposal
Once our call has taken place & we have clarified that Dubsado is the right fit for your business, I will then send you a customised proposal in true Dubsado style.
From there if you are happy to proceed, you will choose your package & review and sign the terms of our agreement.
You will then receive an invoice for 50% of the balance due to secure your setup slot, the remaining balance is due prior to starting Step 4 , the Implementation Stage.
Step 3
Workflow Clarity Call
This is where the MAGIC happens!
Once we have completed Step 2. We will schedule in your Workflow Mapping Clarity Call. This is where we will walk through your customer experience journey. I will look for gaps in your process and advise if we need to make improvements.
We will end this call with a beautiful visual map of your client journey and from there we will have a better understanding of the deliverables that you will need to send me so I can proceed with implementation.
You will need to set aside at least 1 week to work through your deliverables checklist.
Step 4
Implementation Stage
This for me is the FUN part, bringing your ideas to life. All of the work that we have carried out so far has been leading up to this point.
This is where you can sit back, relax and know that you are in the hands of a Dubsado expert who will do all of the work from here.
The Implementation stage usually takes up to 2 weeks to complete.
Note: Prior to starting the implementation and automation setup stage the remaining balance is due & you will be issued with a reminder to pay before we proceed.
Step 5
1:1 Offboarding Call
When the setup is complete and tested making sure all automations are behaving themselves. I will send you my call schedule so we can book in your offboarding call.
This is where I take you through the whole system, step by step. I will walk you through the workflows so you have a clear understanding of how they work and how to manage them.
You can also have your team member join the call and have any questions answered live on our call.
You will also receive a recording so you can review it time and time again.
Step 6
Follow Up Support
Just because we have finished the complete set up and you feel you have a good grasp of your system doesn’t mean new questions or queries won’t pop up. Anyone who has ever worked with me knows that my door is always open.
I will stay on hand for 30 days after to answer any questions that might crop up.
You will have peace of mind knowing that you have me in your back pocket should anything crop up. Remember I bang on about amazing customer experience all the time but that is not just prior to gaining a client, the offboarding is just as important.
STARTING INVESTMENT – €2,200
One size does not fit all, that is why I suggest having a no obligation call to discuss your current client experience process so I can get a better understanding to customise a unique proposal to suit your business needs. However, for transparency, my starting fee is €2,200 plus VAT depending on the complexity of your current processes.

How long does it take to set up Dubsado?
How much of my time is required?
The heavy lifting for you will be between Step 2 & 3. This will be where you are talking me through your current process and you will need to gather up all the deliverables & content for the implementation stage. For example, you will need to share your current questionnaires, emails, contract, packages etc. Depending how organised you are & how quick you are at making decisions, it can take up to 10 hours. On top of that, you will need to set time aside for our clarity call (up to 3 hours ) & offboarding call (up to 90 mins)
Will you help with writing canned emails?
If needed, I will give you basic templates but I always suggest that you customise the content as you know your clients best and we want your clients to feel that you are talking directly to them.
Will automating my client onboarding experience feel like my clients are talking to a robot?
Absolutely not, all emails are customised so that personal touch is never lost. This is also another reason why I suggest you write your own canned emails. I will make it look like you are super efficient & that your emails were wrote right before you hit that send button.
What if I don't know what my workflows are?
That is no problem, that is what I am here for. As part of this service, I will help you create your ideal workflow and give you suggestions and look for any gaps throughout, so don’t stress about the small stuff.

It can change from one business to the next, but in general you will need:

What is the investment for a full Dubsado set up?
No two businesses are the same, so this is why I don’t offer a one size fits all service. I customise a quote, specifically for your business, however, the minimum investment starts at £/€ 2,200 plus VAT.
